Financial Literacy - Family Budget

Step 1: Choosing a Career (Slide 2)

This step involves choosing a career. You have just over three years before graduation, so it's time to start seriously thinking about what you want to do with your life. There are many careers to choose from so this can be a tough decision. You will be wise to put considerable thought into your decision.

What are your strengths? What are you interested in? For accuracy’s sake, you will need to do careful research, consider and understand the skills and education you need to work in your chosen occupation so you make sure it is a good fit for you. You don't want to end up in a job. A job just pays the bills. A career offers so much more potential for you in the future.

Information will go on your Family Budget Presentation AND Google Budget Sheet.

Directions:
