Create a Gradient Banner

In Photoshop

1. Open Photoshop and create a new file
1. Size: 17.5 x 1 (inches)
2. Resolution: 300
3. Color Mode: RGB
2. Double click on the “background” layer in the layer panel to create a new layer
3. Click on the gradient tool
4. Make sure you have the “Linear Gradient” selected
5. Click on the color bar to change the colors to match the color scheme below
6. Make sure you your left and right side colors are the colors from the Shocking color guide.
7. Save file as a unique color
8. Save as a psd file AND a jpg. The jpg is the file you need to upload to Jostens

In Jostens

1. Make sure you upload to 2014 Theme Art folder
2. Insert an image box
3. Banner is to be 3 picas by entire length of the page
