Directions: Create a drawing of your friend

1. Choose a picture of a person from all of your pictures you have taken. It should be a close-up of a person. (head shot)

2. Create a new layer by selecting "new layer" from the "layer menu".

3. You are now ready to make a contour line copy of your photo using the pencil tool.

4. After you have completed drawing (or outlining) your photo, make a copy of your drawing and then paint it using the painting tools. Remember how you painted the previous pictures after you turned them black & white?
